As you are one of our most valued customers, we wanted you to be the first to know that Service Refrigeration Company will be undergoing an exciting brand transformation and has officially changed its name to CoolSys Commercial & Industrial Solutions, Inc. To our customers, we will be known simply as CoolSys.
Our rebranding was first inspired when we introduced the CoolSys brand in 2017 to help bring together our growing family of businesses under one corporate umbrella. It represents our shared long-term vision – to improve the customer experience by providing a seamless, end-to-end solution for all your HVACR, engineering, installation, service and maintenance, and energy optimization needs.
While there will be changes to our logo and brand, please rest assured that you will continue to receive the same great service, working with the same hardworking, dependable and customer-focused team members as always.
The roll-out of our new CoolSys brand will take place in phases over the next 12-to-18 months. You’ll start to see the CoolSys name on correspondence, and over time on our service vans and technician uniforms. And, we have a new website slated to launch May 2020. Also, as part of our rebranding, eventually everyone will move to a CoolSys email address in the coming months.
Our team will respond to your needs with the same, if not better, level of excellence and professionalism, and will deliver an improved customer experience with access to CoolSys’ full range of services.
